Bug report, support sent me here. EU Vanilla 2014 acc

Hi.

Reposting on US since EU servers don’t have a bug report section for some reason and don’t seem to care about a technical issue post… I had a several days exchange with chat support who sent me here to report the bug.

I played HS for a few months at release in 2014, then pretty much ignored the game until 2024. I did install and launch the game here and there but never really got back into it. My latest visit was around 2020 iirc. I logged back in (EU) around august and with a season pass and a few purchases I managed to get to legend tier last season.

My issues are :

  • I didn’t get the loaner decks offer (nor possibly the other freebies availaible to returning players). I didn’t know they existed until later so I’m only reporting it now.
  • My win amount per class was often lost, some were at 0 while the class was lv30+. I understand PVE gave me some XP but I know I tested all the classes back then in ranked PVP. I have the card backs from 3 consecutive months. I’m ok if it is gone, but I though I would mention it.

I logged in on Asia and USA and was greeted as a fresh player, so no issue there.

My MMR is rightly so set to high now but I’m out of dust and not having Unkilliax often means I lose past the mid game (Hello control / druid decks :o). Do you think it would still be possible to get the druid / Zill deck ?

Blizzard almost never responds to individual account issues on the forum here. The bug reports forum is more for general gameplay bugs. You’ll need to go back to support and ask them to escalate the issue

Oh man. Did they knowingly send me here and invite me to close the ticket ? If that’s true may they all step on legos daily for the rest of their miserable lives.

I’m only asking for real help after all…

Let me explain what we can do to resolve this. For your situation, we recommend submitting a bug report. Once our Quality Assurance team gets your report, they will test the issue and try to recreate it. If they can replicate the bug and identify the cause, they will pass the information to our Development team. The Development team will then work on fixing the issue, and you’ll see the updates in our patch notes or bug fix blog posts.

Yes, they send customers here when they don’t know what else to do so that they can close the tickets. If this is a bug, I have no idea how anyone would go about replicating it, but I am not a developer. In any event, that email says that you should submit the bug report and hope the patch notes eventually state that the bug has been fixed.

I fully understand that the current Blizz likes skeleton crews, IA filtering tickets and small typing windows but is it that hard to look at my logs and see that I never could get the damn loaner ? I’m just asking to get the same everybody did… I don’t care much about the stats…
