Hi all, anyone face this bug/issue:
The problem is that my ranked statistics are blanked out and not showing at all in the “Profile” page in the main Journal interface.
Arena/Battleground/Duels/Merc statistics by the right side are however still showing as per usual.
These ranked statistics were previously there and showing, but stopped working after the recent revamp to the apprentice track. They have been blanked out for at least a few weeks now, since Dec 2023.
Somehow, this support forum does not allows for screenshots to be uploaded, so I cannot directly provide a picture here unfortunately. However, I can provide a screenshot via a link to an external image hosting site:

Anyway, reinstalling and relogging does not solve the problem. The problem is also replicated when tried on another device, present on both mobile and PC.
Quite apparently, the source of this bug/issue from Blizzard’s end?
