Bug on card: Glinda Crowskin

Inside the game, a legendary card is not working as it should! I played a ranked game in wild mode and detected the card’s functionality failure!
The card is called: Glinda Crowskin. This card says that the minions in my hand have echoes, but I had two Tickatus costing 1 mana and I summoned Glinda Crowskin + Tickatus costing 1 mana and the card called Glinda Crowskin should suggest the Tickatus costing 1 and it wasn’t, she suggested the Tickatus costing 6 mana?? Why?? I have a picture of the situation, I’ll post the link and solve the problem with this card, because I have another deck, where its effect isn’t working as it should!

It works as it should. Echo doesn’t change the cost of the card, it just add a fresh copy of it in your hand. So, if you play a discounted card, the new copy won’t have those discounts (except if the discount is a continuous effect like Mechwarper or one of the Giants). Any Tickatus with echo will still cost 6.
