Bug / Not working correctly

Hello,

In Hearthstone I cannot see opponent BattleTags and match history is empty.

This happens on multiple devices (PC and laptop), so it’s not a local issue.

My friends list works correctly, but opponent names are always hidden.

Could you please check if there is any privacy or account issue?

[BattleTag] BattleTags may default to the real name if players have one set up in Battle.net.
IMPORTANT: Your name is visible only on your screen; your opponents will still see your BattleTag.
If you are streaming, consider activating streamer mode (Ctrl + Shift + S while the game is running) while we’re working on a fix.
