Hello,
I’m reporting a bug where the Signature version of “The Curator” (Core Set) is missing from my Hearthstone collection.
What’s the issue?
- I claimed this Signature card as a free reward from the in-game shop during a Core Set promotion.
- The card is uncraftable, cannot be disenchanted, and therefore cannot be removed manually by the player.
- After the most recent Core Set update, the Signature version vanished from my collection.
- The normal and golden versions are still visible, but the Signature one is gone — despite having all filters active (including uncraftable).
- I am on the correct region (EU) — confirmed both in-game and by Blizzard support.
What support confirmed:
I opened multiple support tickets, and Blizzard Game Masters (including GM Mestilania and GM Tulixyna) told me the following:
- They can see the Signature card as present on my account.
- They were unable to restore the card or apply a workaround.
- They confirmed that this issue has been reported by other players and is likely being investigated.
- I was advised to report it here to help escalate visibility and reach the development team.
What I’m asking:
Please investigate this issue and ensure that the Signature version of The Curator is restored for affected accounts. Since it is non-craftable and not subject to rotation, it should not have disappeared unless due to a bug.
It would also be helpful to confirm publicly whether this issue is on the developers’ radar.
Thank you,
