*****Work around Solution:
Go into “Options” - > “Privacy” → “Privacy Settings” → Uncheck “Enable personalized shop offers” this will stop the bug

Didn’t work for me. The pop-up pop ups too quickly, and I am not able to press the Play button 
It works for me, just try to be a bit quicker

This is the logfile where this happens. I tried to find the boolean “CanBuyProductItem” to set it true but i dunno where to find it. Someone has to fix this mess up

I cannot start games anymore. I always get prompted to select a new deck even I already selected ones a couple of weeks ago. If I select a deck it doesn’t do anything and I cannot leave that screen. The deck selection pops up each time I try to start a game.

Same - some info for the devs: tried on iOS Ipad, iOS iphone 16, and on mac desktop blizzard app, all get stuck on that screen. Click “Hearthstone”, says ladder decks are ready, and from here you can only click on the “See Decks” or select the friends / settings icon. If you do see the decks, will tell you to claim your deck (regardless if you have claimed one or not), and nothing will happen. Stuck here.
I can go to friends to spectate - haven’t tried challenging one (friends are not online to try save for the 1 who’s playing battlegrounds since standard/wild isn’t available)
