That ticket system is so bad it is crazy.

Hey guys,
Someone posted already above about pressing “Play” quickly. If you go into Hearthstone (where you pick decks), it forces you to choose a free deck, and you already know the story: it doesn’t work.
When the match starts, you just need to restart the game, and you’ll be placed directly into the last match. Finish the match, and when you return to the hero selection screen, that popup should be gone.
This will let you pick any deck you want to play with, but if you go back to the main menu and return again, it might show up again (it happened to me, and then I repeated the trick).
Funny how we’re out here finding ways to not be bored without Hearthstone. 
Having the same issues as everyone else. Wondering how much of the community is affected by this issue and how they are gonna make it up to us seeing as we can’t do quest and progress our different passes.

Actually this bug has remained for more than 24 hours.I don’t know how many of us being affected.it is really frustrating.And we should get our compensation for our time and our money.

Easy fix to make it work. Use an auto clicker an point it at the play button. Have it running with really low interval between clicks like <10ms. After you click the ‘See Decks’ button it will press play and let you search for game. Works every time for me.
These are the sort of bugs I am surprised they don’t get resolved within an hour or 2 at most. Since it actively stops people from playing the game.
