Same Problem, can’t play Ladder since Yesterday!
Already claimed the Free Deck before. Now i can’t choose one again and am stuck in the choose Deck Screen.
Please Fix Blizzard!

He’s not saying to uninstall. He’s literally saying to modify the assembly code of the client.
Same here, tried logging out and changing region but nothing, still waiting to this bug to be fixed.

I’m familiar using Dnspy to mod some games. However wouldn’t doing that in this game risk running afoul of the rules?
I actually found a work-around. 100 % works but you gotta be fast.
After you click on “See decks” you have 0.5 sec in the transition the click play, and it WORKS. So after clicking this drag your mouse to Play as asap and click it. When you get in, you can play normally.
After the match you do the same repeating process.
If you weren’t fast enough… Don’t worry u can re-try without restarting the game. You can simply click on the bottom right button (in the background) to take you back to the menu. This is from the menu where yu can choose a deck. The My collection and back button still work and are clickable.
Not a FULL fix, but at least it works. Good luck people.

Yep the bug is still here, I do not understand why would we even be given option to pick deck early if it breaks the game, or simply why there is no button to close this tab.

i have the same issue, just reported
I can’t get a free rating deck, nothing happens when I click on the get button, and neither does my wife. We cannot play the rating game and lose the opportunity to receive holiday prizes. It’s a terrible shame. Developers fix it urgently. We are waiting for the payment.

This is annoying, was about to continue my winstreak but get denied by this bug

I have the same exact issue, Im stuck in the selection deck screen and cant play the game
