In the iOS Hearthstone app, the selection screen for the “Free Deck for New and Returning Players” does not work properly : no matter which class I touch, the game considers Warrior has been selected, even though the interface shows the right class icon as selected (blue outline). If I try to select another class, the interface doesn’t deselect the previous icon, so there are multiple class icons with a blue outline. The selected deck (displayed at the bottom of the screen, and given if you touch the “Take” button) will be Warrior, no matter which class(es) are selected on the interface.
I have screenshots for this issue, but I don’t think I can share them here?

Same problem for me with my ipad
Almost the same happened to me from PC… It was even impossible to select a class for me because after that the message that I was eligible for a free deck as returning player Hearthstone directly throw me to the end of the process and I found the rogue deck added to my collection but I wanted to pick Mage.

Hello Blizzard, we are still waiting… how do you suppose to fix this bug? Can’t understand why you do nothing when a lot of people has found the same problem.
Same problem… I can’t select a deck and i don’t want choose warrior deck .!
It’s useless… I think that we will never receive an answer or a compensation from Blizzard about this problem.
So bad !!i can’t play . Uninstall this game…

3 weeks since I reported the bug and none of Blizzard has helped us… ridiculous customer service.

so far only one person in this thread have provided any information that could help identify the issue. if you want to be helpful and speed up the time to identify and fixing the issue: provide information, details, screenshots etc about the issue, how it occured, what you were doing in the game, any platform specifics etc etc that can help
Do you have any of these quests? If so, you must have them completed.
- (New Players) Win 5 Practice Games, First Blood, The Duelist, and Master of All.
- (Returning Players) Return of the Hero, Ready for Action and Back in the Game!
Go to Options > Miscellaneous. Is there a skip button here? If so, you are still in the new player rank. You can choose to skip out of this but you will miss out on the free packs.
