I open this topic for describe here a problem that happens to me :
My card back is stuck on the Exodar. If I put others in Favorites, they no longer appear. I discovered this problem a few hours ago while trying to change the back card.
In an attempt to resolve this issue, I deleted the Battle.net and Hearthstone folders, uninstalled reinstall Hearthstone, and performed various manipulations, etc, but this problem persists.

Does this happen with one deck or multiple decks?
There are two places to set favorite Card Back (or Hero). First is in the card collection. Second is in deck editor mode which overrides the Card Back (or Hero) set at the card collection level.
Unfortunately, the only way to remove the Hero (or Card Back) set at deck level, is to completely delete the deck and remake it.
As the Card back information is stored on the server and not locally, reinstalling the app does nothing to fix this issue.

(I was probably going to delete and re-paste the code deck in any case, it was only one deck, but the reinstallation will have been a bit long… I should have deleted the affected deck first).
