[Bug] “Cazador preparado” free deck not added to EU account

Hello Blizzard team,

I have encountered a persistent bug with the free deck “Cazador preparado” (Prepared Hunter) in the EU region.

The order appears in my transaction history as EU941976592 - Completed (0 gold), but the deck and its cards were never added to my collection.
The system displayed the confirmation window to claim the deck, but clicking “Confirm” did nothing. Afterwards, the deck disappeared from the list and never showed again.

Steps I already tried:

  • Deleted Cache, log.config, and options.txt from the Hearthstone folder.
  • Used “Scan and Repair” on Battle.net.
  • Changed region to Americas (where claiming another free deck worked fine).
  • Restarted client and PC.

The issue only affects my EU region account.
Please escalate this to the dev team since the deck was marked “Completed” but not received.
