I was surprised to see that my legendary card “brightwing”, for 3 mana, completely disappeared when I passed the new year of the hydra yesterday, and today I can get it back… as I’m not rolling in gold (or dust), I’d like to know if I’m the only one in this case, and to whom I can turn to get my card back … what do you advise me?

For me, the disapeared ones are my 2 copies of Lock and Load, one of them golden
Those cards were part of the Core set that rotated with Year of the Hydra.
The Core Set are loaners and free for all players.
The rotated out Core cards can now only be used in Wild. If you do not own the original version then you need to (re)craft it or complete the Adventure it may have come from.
I owned the original version (I never dusted it) but it disappears.
Blizzard accuses me of dusting it yet won’t provide a log telling me when it happened.
I know they keep logs of dusting/crafting. Why wouldn’t they?
