Brazilian Portuguese voices are not working adventure mode

Additional information: I reinstalled the game from scratch and the problem persisted, and I noticed that the tavern keeper is missing the lines as well so it is a problem that is affecting several modes. I went back to playing hearthstone On Android recently and tested the high resolution package in Brazilian Portuguese and the voices simply remain silent, example in the lich king expansion. So I decided to reinstall the high resolution package 2 times but it remained buggy until I tried it in other languages and it worked normal. So it must not be an error in my device (motog20) but an error in the high resolution package in Brazilian Portuguese.

Edit 2: My brother downloaded the game to play duo with me but even his game was looking like the same problem of missing dialogues on a different cell phone, it surprises me that no Brazilian reported the problem with me.

Edit 3: I went to check the google play store if there were similar complaints and I found a recent one with 14 likes really indicating that the problem is affecting several players but only I reported this on the forum so far I tried to send the comment image but I can’t paste links.

This problem is on ANDROID Please blizzard just as they helped me recover my account years ago, help the Brazilian community to have our dear dubs again.

Thank you very much! If you need additional information: also in some old adventures like kobolds and catacombs, the illidan’s adventure many adventures are also being affected. I don’t know if it’s because of this dubbing problem that may be related, but there is a bug in the adventure store that when clicking on some adventures to buy the game crash and he closes the app (not all), but anything I open a topic about it in the future.
