Brawliseum Win/Prize Ratio?

Hello, could anyone bring some clarity on how players are rewarded based on the amount of wins, starting from 0?

It feels kinda unrewarding to pay 1000 entry gold and get smaller amount of packs/returns than expected.

Don’t play it.

It’s a trap and most people won’t see rewards that are worth it.

I’m going to quote this Reddit post

"If you have to ask, the answer is no. “But I have a top meta deck that I play with a 60% winrate!” No. “But I hit legend every month!” No. “But I have 11x mmr!” No.

This event is specifically designed to drain you of all the gold you’ve accumulated since the launch of the expansion before the miniset releases in a couple of weeks. Unless you’re a content creator who will make money off this event regardless of outcome, or a whale and give absolutely no f**** about your resources and don’t care about getting taken advantage of, just f***ing no.

I will keep posting this every time this event comes around for newer or returning players as a PSA."

Saying “no” is not an argument. If they get full wins it’s very profitable. The "no"s means most people will lose early.

It appears you need 5 or 6 wins to start being “F2P optimal” but I think most people will lose before 4.

I don’t believe the post is very accurate when it says “no” for all 11x stars people too.

And if you just win more often than lose in a slot machine it’s also profitable.

And if you just pick the winning team in the sports book every time, it’s profitable.

In the end, you’re gambling. And the mass majority of people are losing.

It’s silly to think you’ll be special and beat the odds.

You’re by far better off just spending the gold on the packs outright.

This is explicitly why people should not play at all.

There is no MMR matching in this event, you will be fighting against players way out of your bracket if you aren’t already a top 1k or better player.

Yep.

Nice cherry picking the post. I said “most people will lose before 4”. The article is bad calling it a waste of time as a blanket statement.

Not only some 11x stars people may not find it hard to get 5 wins,

some others may just like the format anyway.

I picked that statement out because it was giving the OP false hope.

Never spin these brawls in any positive light. It’s predatory.

The “cherry picked” statement was done to target that specific line so that the OP didn’t think he had a chance and thus play the brawl.

Never encourage anyone to play it. It’s predatory and we should all boycott that mess

Do you ever reply to a post without trying to create an argument? Everything’s an argument. I’m an attorney, so I should know. Authority fallacy or credentialism or whatever other word you use to dispute the things I might say

You are an interesting character, Carnivore. I’m not sure if I’m trying to flatter or insult you

A Judge is not always hearing arguments. Sometimes a “no” is of great legal power, because the Judge might only care to hear if someone just agrees or disagrees with an assertion because that’s what might be relevant in Law and that legal context.

Here I don’t care if you say just say “no” or “yes”. It won’t change my mind if you don’t say WHY.
