Brann triggers despite triple plagues

Hello.
I played against Highlander-warrior several times with plague-DK.
Each time they played Brann his effect triggered although I shuffled several identic plagues in his deck before.
Do plagues not count as cards anymore? I thought identic plagues prevent that trigger :confused:

Card text is sometimes changed
From the patch notes:

All Showdown in the Badlands ā€œNo Duplicatesā€ cards (Gunslinger Kurtrus, Rheastrasza, Theldurin the Lost, Spirit of the Badlands, Elise Badlands Savior, Doctor Holliā€™dae, Deepminer Brann, Maruut Stonebinder, and Reno Lone Ranger)

  • Old: Battlecry effect if your deck has no duplicates when played.
  • New: Battlecry effect if your deck had no duplicates at the start of the game.

This makes all actual an previous counter cards useless, what a bad design.

But ok,so I craft the Missing highlander cards.
