Brann personifies everything wrong with today's game

How far we’ve come that text like this can even exist for the rest of the game your battlecries trigger twice is the most insane text printed on a card, ever!
It’s so disgusting everything about warrior nowadays. This infinite removal into greedy plays playstyle leaves a bad taste, add in the annoying armor gain and warrior can do everything.
Can otk, control, generate value, draw all their deck by 10 and just generally be a pest.

I genuinely think that the nerfs are not enough. Brann should have been the target. I prefer losing to odyn on turn 10 and after than having to face an on curve brann.

I think that award probably goes to Azerite Snake. And I don’t even think it should have been nerfed that hard.

Brann is fine, it’s not even very good right now tbh

They clearly said “As it was the clear sentiment outlier”, which means, it made people insane xD

Brann also makes people lose it on a daily basis. This thread is just one of, how many, 10 per day a warrior gets? Maybe 8 because of Brann?

Brann is OK. I’ll just repeat what I always say, if you’re nerfing Warrior, nerf his armor gain because it’s ridiculous. For a class with a lot of synergy between armor and cards, it has too many cheap armor generation cards. It’s not like Priest or pally where heal is basically meaningless because if you’re losing on board, it means nothing. In this case, armor gives him survivability, dmg and spell dmg.

1 mana 1/3 has to go. 0 mana gain 6 armor is outrageous. It’s cancerous.

But no, better make odyn cost 9 mana KEKW

It’s distasteful printing such strong everlasting effects. It’s detrimental to the game’s future. If rest of the game effects are this strong now, how strong will they be a year later.
Also it restricts design.

I thought the trendy thing to do was nerf Shaman directly or indirectly. Not Mage.

God I hate that phrase.

I really don’t understand how loosely they valuate armor in this game. Armor is much better than healing and only slightly worse than gaining health, yet healing and armor are often given the same mana value? Like: gain 8 armor with tradeable is 3 mana and heal 8 health and overheal discover is also 3 mana. Draw a card and gain 5 armor is 2 mana and restore 5 health is 1 mana. Hero power heal 2 is valued the same as hero power gain 2 armor. It’s like armor gain and healing are valued the same 1:1, when one is clearly inferior. All armor cards should be given between a 0,5 and 1 mana bonus for their effect.

Yeah, i feel like they got stuck in the days when there wasn’t that much interaction between armor and the board, except Shield slam

Now you got sanitize, Odyn and just sheer amount of it is overwhelming for most of the classes

Warrior shouldn’t be allowed to have no trade-off. His only trade-off is tempo loss. He’s got literally everything else.
