In standard mode, Brann Bronzebeard doesn’t trigger the Exodar’s battlecry a second time. Brann is currently a wild card, but it’s possible to get him from Champions of Azeroth. I haven’t tested out the Brann/Exodar interaction in wild mode yet, but I’ve seen a few posts saying Brann’s card effect doesn’t work with some other legendary cards so I assume this specific combo also won’t work in wild.
Your starship can only be launched once.
After the first battlecry launches the ship, the second battlecry has nothing to do.

Yeah the first battlecry removes the condition required for the second one, so indeed the second battlecry will blank since there’s no starship to launch
