This is the Secret Lab, final wing of The Boomsday Project Solo Adventure. It’s the Board Clear Dr. Boom, puzzle 3/4 in the Secret Lab, called “The Test.”
The puzzle requires you to use Vivid Nightmare on Test Subject in order to duplicate spells. However, the copied version of the Test Subject no longer keeps the spells that were stored in the original, as it did previously, therefore you cannot duplicate them in order to finish the puzzle.
Edit: 3/4 is fixed but 4/4 is still broken due to Sorcerers Apprentice changes.

Can confirm, tried this several times on mobile. Thought I was missing something, when I googled the solution there was no updated solutions like for the mirror lab puzzles.
And the spells are not being duplicated by the test subjects.

Best I can do is 1 Bane remaining with 1 health, and 1 mana left over. Close but not solved and I don’t see any way around it without adding an extra 1 cost damage spell
- Radiant elemental
- Devine spirit/inner fire the test subjects attacking with them into a different enemy minion each time, leaving 4 of the 5 at one health
- Sargent sally to use up your mana
- Battery back
- Devine spirit/inner fire Sgt. Sally
- Clone sally
- Hero power the 1 health clone to kill most of the banes and leave on at 3 health
- Confusion so the banes are all 5/4 and 1 3/4 Karine
- Shadow ward pain the 3/4
- Kobold geomancer
- Spirit lash killing your minions and most of the enemies. Sgt. Sally then does another 2 damage on death leaving the last enemy on 1 health. And your board empty

I also tried an altered version of this where I spirit lashed instead of hero powering after cloning Sally, but to a worse outcome than you received. I do think this is impossible now based on a weekend of trying and then about an hour of looking up solutions and trying different ones to no success.
Though there were few solutions I found that were newer than around the time of Boomsday launch, I did find a similar reddit post where a community manager seemed to confirm that this was a broken interaction from the latest patch. That post was from about 2 weeks ago, so here’s to hoping the team is on it and will fix it soon.

Fixed 3/4 but now 4/4 is not possible due to sorcerers apprentice nerf, unless anyone has a new solution, I am not smart enough to figure it out, been trying for over an hr
This appears to be fixed now.
The sad thing is that 4/4 got broken before 3/4 but they ignored and/or forgot about it when fixing 3/4

Yup I went randomly to try 3/4 and was pleasantly surprised just to find that 4/4 is still broken and to find even older posts than mine about 4/4. Some of the posts are over a year old and appear to have the same problem so that is super discouraging.
