The Cards “Blob of Tar” are not added to the collection after taking them in the shop

I’ve got the same problem. I’ve restarted the client and checked multiple times—still no sign of the cards. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

I recently claimed the free “Tar Lurker” card (4 mana, Taunt, Spell Damage Protection), but it hasn’t appeared in my collection. I checked thoroughly — removed all filters, searched by name, and restarted the game several times. The card is completely missing.

Maybe its driven by the card not being recognized? For example, if you search for “blob of tar”, it won’t return any results. If you search for “blob”, it shows the card in the Crafting tab. Could be a simple tweak.

I have the same issue. Claimed via the store and not showing in my collection.

Just returned to the game & this card doesn’t show up anywhere

Same. Even uninstalled and reinstalled and still it doesn’t show up after having claimed it.

Same issue here, card claimed but not in collection. Pretty sad its taking weeks to resolve this im not going to lie.

Same issue here. Claimed the card in the store but it isnt showing in mu collection. I dont really understand why this issue is taking soo long to resolve.
