you get dced/kicked out from whatever game youre playing and the blizzard launcher says youre not connected to the internet any more and you have to reconnect, but every other thing on the internet youre doing at the same time is still working perfectly fine.
and yet blizzard support still claims it is not their fault but your device that is screwing up no matter how many thousands of people it is constantly happening to.
good thing they know how to balance the games they make…

Or whatever it is you’re doing on the internet might have hogged all of the bandwidth for the briefest of times.
if you go to the technical support forum instead you can find detailed feedback about the issue
I was playing tavern brawl with a friend just last evening and the game froze after he played a discover card. No message for any of us, no button could be pressed. We waited for 5 minutes until 1 of us conceded and then game ended. No disconnect message. Could play next game without restart. Crappy servers from their side, no doubt.
Ethereal Conjurer by any chance? there is a known bug where its battlecry makes the game freeze since last patch
i am not sure, the tavern this week is so random that i can’t remember anything out of those games… it was a discover card, so it could have been that, yes…
