I have problem with random freezing and dc. I had long conversation with blizz support and they didnt help me and finaly threaten me with perma ban from playing HS???
They also said i should report my bugs here (gave me a link), and i did that and got 0 help. After i asked them to give me another good advice because last one was total failure, they just closed ticket with no response!
I know this post will be removed but i have to express myself.
Cut and paste your threads. I’m betting you either weren’t respectful, didn’t take multiple noes for an answer, or both.
I cant paste link here. And i can assure you that i was respectful, and they were acting rude. I can, maybe, dm you anything you want.
I just want to find out why this freezes and dc happens. Its annoying when you lose game due to broken game. And even more when you ask support to tell you why thats happening and if they can fix it, but you get threat that you will be perma banned from playing game!
Give up, the first support line cannot cope with that. You are on your own.

Atleast you can play the game, im stuck at loading screen for 5 days and still no help.
My game keeps going “disconnected” after playing an hour or two. Sometimes it switches deck wihtout my intent because of this bug
I guess the game is still in beta, not just BG
