Blink Fox merc with tenth tail item on should make mind thief always copy last ability used by enemy. This often does not work and gives you a random one.
Had a battle just now where it gave me an ability of an enemy merc that died two rounds prior instead of the one the enemy team used at the end of last round.
PLEASE Blink Fox is so fun, but it is very frustrating that his 3rd ability does not work a lot of the time.
Another issue I’ve found with it is it does not activate Combo for Scabbs for some reason. This can be disasterous.
I don’t know if this is an issue with Mind Thief, or Tenth Tail, but I have a video of this happening if required. Forum does not let me post links though.

i have skills to decrease a minion speed just to have chance to pick which skill itll copy !
I agree, tag is confusing and character would be more fun if the item would make it swap every turn without using.
Can confirm this skill is still bugged and not working as described.
