It is normal for the Hearthstone profile to display the total wins or rank for ranked play, but on my account, this section appears empty (the three circles are blanked; for example, https://www.reddit.com/r/hearthstone/s/bfAy5XhMGI)
The same issue occurs across all devices, and other accounts on the same device display the information correctly, so it seems to be an account-specific issue.
I’ve heard that this might be a bug related to the “Apprentice Road” feature (as far as I remember, I skipped the Apprentice Road). Could you please look into this and help resolve the issue?
