I dont know whats going on there, after launching the game it show the the door of the tavern and then suddenlly black screen, the audio is functioning well and when my cursor move on to the buttons in the game ( based on the location of the buttons in my memory) I can also hear the sound effect, looks everything ok just black screen thats pretty wierd. I am using Windows 11 and I have tried redownload battle net, heartstone itself, change my time zone and region in my laptop settings, even the resolution of the screen, nothing can solve this :((

same issue nothing seems to fix it, i even blindly navigated to window mode and reinstalling, deleting logs, forcing to run in a diff driver, scanning game files, i cant get it to not black screen
