Theres a chance that a black box appears with 0% on it, if it appears you cannot connect to your game and you still lose stars if you’re playing ranked, it has been here for several updates and has not been fixed.
I don’t understand. If you can’t connect, how were you playing a game in the first place?
I’ve had this happen too, it’s during the loading screen, before you ever see that you’re connected to a game. It just acts like it’s going to connect. I’ve only had it happen on mobile, I have a lot of connection issues with Hearthstone using my phone even if I’m on wifi
From my understanding it seems like it connects you to a game but you’re stuck in the finding opponent screen and the game continues without you.
