When playing as Sindragosa in Battlegrounds if you use your hero-power then unfreeze the minions and refreeze, the hero power applied to all minions in Bob’s Tavern.
Not a bug. All frozen minions gain the benefit from the hero power. The hero power simply also allows you to cherry pick a single minion to freeze.
