As title says, it has happened 4 times in a row now. What is it, turn 5? or is it turn 6? The round that the first token is picked. The combat directly preceding that the game crashes just as combat is supposed to begin. By the time I can return to the match the game auto picked my trinket for me…
No issues on my end and none of the streamers today mentioned it happening. Might be something more on your end.

Hey there! Sorry to hear you’re having this issue, sounds really frustrating. Here are a few things you can try that might help with the crashes:
- Check your device performance: If you’re playing on an older device or something with lower specs, the game might be crashing due to performance issues. Try lowering the graphics settings to see if it helps.
- Clear the game cache: Whether you’re on mobile or desktop, clearing the cache can sometimes fix problems caused by temporary files.
- Reinstall Hearthstone: A fresh install could resolve any corrupted files that might be causing the crash.
- Update everything: Make sure both Hearthstone and your graphics drivers (if you’re on desktop) are fully updated. A lot of times, crashes get fixed in patches.
- Check your network: If there’s lag right before the crash, it could be a network issue. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi or using mobile data to see if that improves stability.
- Disable any add-ons: If you’re using third-party add-ons, try disabling them. Sometimes they can cause conflicts with the game.
- Report to Blizzard Support: If none of these work, it might be a good idea to submit a bug report through Blizzard’s support system. Include details like your device, OS, and exactly when the crash happens.
- Check for known issues: Make sure to browse the forums or Blizzard’s support page for any similar reports. If it’s widespread, there might be a fix on the way.
Hopefully one of these works for you! Let us know if anything helps.
