I’m not sure if it’s just me, but from the start of this new season I find the triple rewards are never what I need anymore, I either get a choice from 3 useless neutrals or a choice between the best 3 options for my next opponent. Anyone else experience this too?
No: it’s just random. You think those people have the skill to micromanage how you will lose, when they couldn’t even fix the Titans game-breaking bug within one week of discovery?
They never had to micromanage how you will lose. They just raise the MMR when you win so you lose with a higher probably next time because opponents are better the end.

Uhm I didn’t say it made me lose. I just noticed that my triples rewards are far less useful than last season and it made me wonder if anybody else had this too or if it was a coincidence. I would not be a very smart player if my wins depended on whether I get good triple awards or not, would I.

Mostly because they fill the upper levels with neutral junk.
Could be totally random, or you could cause it youself to be worse in part, by staying in lower levels for more.
Cards are shared between players, so if you are low level the others may have gotten the good ones.

The more you think about it, the less lucky you’ll feel. Expect you’ll get nothing and when you get something you’re impressed.
Depends on your definition of useless. I will go out on a limb and say it’s probably giving you 3 choices that aren’t helping your current build? If that’s what you mean then there’s something you aren’t thinking about. When i make my first triple that minion i choose is more often than not going to be the direction my build is going to pivot into.
You shouldn’t really triple till Tier 3 and if you can wait till tier 4 that is best. That first triple will give you a high tier minion that you can then build around. There’s also times when you just won’t get anything on a triple and you do the best you can. That happens less often but it can happen.

And I’m pretty sure a lot of complaints “I get nothing” we hear, is from people who tunnel vision into 1 tribe way too much. Reminds of another thread of someone saying “the rigged streamers get stuff I don’t” when it’s almost certainly those players seeing plays the complainer doesn’t.
Yes! maybe Ive been really lucky last seasons because I always would find something to work with.
must admit when there’s a chance to triple, I take it. I m going to try and leave that be until 3 or 4 like you said. Thanks for the tip.

Part of tunnel visioning too much on the same tribe, is to lust way too fast for goldens, since it also satisfies emptying the tavern faster of that tribe.
I know it from personal experience. Goldening at level 1 usually ends you up ~6th or ~5th place (not horrible but just bad).
