BG repeated disconnects then never connecting back

Hi,

This is the 3rd time in 2 days it’s been happening to me (on PC) during middle/end game. Here’s what’s happening

  1. The game window freezes for a few seconds
  2. The game disconnect/reconnecting popup appears
  3. Nothing happens during waiting
  4. If I restart the game I am getting the message Unable to connect. Tried to connect to the existing game session from my phone and got the same message

Yesterday I was on the final battle and about to win when the game crashed right before the buying phase timer was about to end and noticed that the game did not even make it to stats.

Now the same thing happened and the last game does not appear in stats again

Try deleting the cache folders.

Delete the following folders:

  • Battle.net
  • Battle.net_components
  • Blizzard Entertainment

If this doesn’t work try to reinstall the game.

Yeah 1000+ people are complaining about this appearing randomly and you think it’s a caching issue :man_facepalming:

Аналогичная проблема. На протяжении недели регулярно сталкиваюсь с вылетом игры и не возможностью подключится. А после в статистике даже не отображается эта игра.
