BG - Reconection to game does not work

With the current patch, game is unstable and unplayable.

Reconnects happen often and it would not be a BIG problem if it actually reconnects us back to the game, but this is not the case.

Previously, when this happened, the game allowed us to log back into the game.

Please fix the issue as it affects most of the players.

Try deleting the following cache folders.

https://eu.support.blizzard.com/en/article/34721?flowTrackingId

Delete these folders:

  • Battle.net
  • Battle.net_components
  • Blizzard Entertainment

If this doesn’t work try to reinstall the game.
