When Golden Profound Thinker has ‘Rally: get two random spellcraft spells and cast copies of it (targets this if possible)’, I would change the text to say “copies of them” not “copies of it” for grammer reasons, but in game he adds 2 spellcraft spells to your hand and casts TWO COPIES of the LAST SPELL (on himself if possible), I would expect him to cast both spells that were added to your hand not one of them twice and the other not at all.
My Thinker attacked, added Deep Blue and crab to my hand, he cast crab on himself twice, he then attacked again and added deep blue and crab to my hand and again cast crab twice, he died with 4 crabs on himself but two deep blue and two crabs in my hand (he should have cast two deep blues and two crabs and should not have died).
