BG Duo Mode Has TOO STEEP Learning Curve

It’s only the veteran who can enjoy the game.
New players don’t even know how to play BG now are playing BG Duo.
What a tall order to ask them to appreciate the fun of BG?!
They end up leaving the game and leaving partner suffering or leaving as well.
The game usually ends up with only two teams left 3 turns into the game.
We cannot grow a healthy BG community like this.

This has to stop.
One solution: incentive for BG Duo with global currency, not BG only stuff.
People trying out BG DUO or BG has no incentive to stay if it’s only BG cosmetic rewards.
They don’t even like the game yet, so why should they care the BG only rewards?
Instead, reward them with Gold will make them stay and learn and get better.

Please reward Gold in BG

I disagree. If Quillboar is in pool, try to force it. If it isn’t, play a game of Duo BG.

Just play regular bgs than. I dont understand why some many players come to the forums to complain that another sentient being isnt doing things they want, and visa versa. Play solo and save your sanity.

I didn’t play BGs much at all last season, so this season I was pretty much “new” to the new BG meta with lots of minions I hadn’t seen before. Plus, all the new minions in DUOs only.

I’m already right at 5k MMR in Duos.

I don’t think it’s for veterans only at all. Really, all you need is time and preferably a friend.
