If you have a full hand size when activating the passive on Brann Bronzebeard then the copy of Brandon will not spawn even when the hand size is reduced.
I’m not sure if this is intended but it is definitely not in line with the way that spellcraft spells and buddies work (as these both will spawn when the hand is reduced).
