Hello, I have been playing Hearsthone for years and I have just launched the game and I have to start from the beginning, even for purchases, I have to pay for everything again, I am disgusted and so I am going to stop the game and therefore my purchases too. I AM DISGUSTED.

No, you would not.
You would calmly tell the waiter that there has been a mistake, and you would work together with the waiter to resolve the problem.
