Best deck to finsh the “play 3 cards recieved from arfus” thing?
Any deck with lots of draw or tutors so you can get it in hand and get it down.
A hunter with beasts, discover copies, put more copies in the deck, etc. would be ideal.
Do in casual or dumpster wild to make it easy.

I’ve been trying to do it with mill druid.(dew process draw and more mana crystals) but I keep playing against afk players that concede turn 5-6.

That seems counter productive… I got it in two games with the hunter deck. You can even kill your own minions if the opponent is afk.
Selective breeder, Stitched Tracker, Dire Frenzy… all of them can help you get it knocked out and you can use Arcane shot, Quick Shot, etc. to make it happen and not care.

I switched one Viscious Silverspear to the Lich King, but it didn’t really matter - played, triggered, revived and discovered Arfus several times and managed to play three of it’s cards in one game.

I did it in a control paladin deck, I put him and the lich king (assuming we’re talking about the same quest, the lich king generated cards count too) in it and about 1 in 3 games I was able to get one of them and use a card. I’m sure any control deck would accomplish the same thing.
