Hey guys, just a tip for you from the new Quilboar addition to Bgs in hearthstone… I figured it was going to get fixed but after the re corrections etc it was still like this. So there’s a beast that is super beneficial to quilboars “the great boar” its actually a beast and I’ve been in countless games where quils are in the game but beasts are not and that boar is still within the round of the bg.
Not a bug. That beast is a part of the Quillboar set, not the Beast set.

There are certain neutrals that are also part of a tribe, who aren’t available if that tribe is banned, even though they’re not that tribe.

it specifically says its a beast part of the tribe or not if beasts are banned from said match why should you be able to get the boar it makes 0 sense
Battleground tribes (also known as a “minion pool”) are not determined by their minion type (the official name for the text at the bottom of a minion card).
As you can see in the following link, Agamaggan, the Great Boar, while having the Beast minion type, is part of the Quillboar tribe or pool.

And Wrath Weaver is not a demon, yet if demons are banned, you won’t encounter any. But that makes perfect sense?
Not a bug, imagine the opposite where quillboars are banned but beasts arent, what use will that boar have? none, it will be a 5 star minion that doesnt benefit anyone at any time as there are no minions that are part of the quillboar package. I believe the quillboar hero isnt available either if quillboar are banned so no ways to get bloodshards

Same as Patches and the Elemental hero when Pirates and Elementals aren’t available.
