Bob is unfortunately not accepting customers in the Tombs of Terror game mode. Upon opening up the Bazaar, the game refuses to go past the little explanation box and freezing there, prompting the need to close the game and skipping Bob entirely.

Same issue here as well! Tested it on the PC and Mac clients but not mobile. I found that quitting the game and letting it “reconnect to your game in progress” will bypass the pop up.

I have also encountered this problem. The game completely freezes when trying to carry out a Tombs of Terror run. Not only do I not get the option to refine the deck, but I have to completely exit the game and restart in order to resume the run.

How about removing the explanation

Same issue confirmed. Alt-F4 to kill the game then reloading will get you past the frozen tooltip.

Confirmed (on PC). Sometimes when you relaunch the game you may complete Bob’s tavern, other times it skips Bob and brings you to the next boss.
Same issue with bob in the dalaran heist! Luckily you do get to finish bob’s event after restart in heist but it’s still very annoying to restart every time…
Same issue on PC and on Android mobile. Have to close the game completely.
How long will it take to fix this bug? Can some admin answere this poust?
Cant get past it, if I quit game I get the next battle and Bobs Bazaar is gone.
I just bought Slay the Spire instead to get my fix of single player card games.
