Hey there;
Just played a Game with Marin Anomaly, where you can pick multiple Affixes and you can still pick a greater Affix with Discarding Blood Shards but this effect require the old two Quillboar Cards that Discard Shards for Gold or Multiple Shards that are nowadays not part of the card pool anymore. So this option is useless and should be disabled.
