Endgame of a battlegrounds match, Ini Stormcalli (me) vs Sneed (opponent). I won dealing fatal damage, except the game registered it as 0 damage. The next round began to my surprise. I won the next round again, dealing fatal damage but we continued to a third round. This went on for two more rounds, at which point my opponent began winning rounds. When I was dealt fatal damage, the game ended.
Feels cheap and unwinnable. I see other posts related to this, and feel like this needs more attention. Being immune to fatal damage is disheartening to the gameplay.

I had the same thing happened just now in battlegrounds except I was against the Rat King. Dealt lethal damage numerous rounds but he didnât die. I eventually left but that was annoying. I was playing Faerlin.

Isnât it so annoying??? Yours was in last 2 players too?
Yes. I had lethal them when it was final 3, but they stayed alive and then I killed the other person.

A lot of people mention this bug but no one indicates the anomaly in play during the game which could be a huge element
During the shwocase event played by streamers on a private server, one anomaly was creating unsyncronized games where each player would see a different fight and you could only lose hp if you actually lost on your own POV. If that is the same bug, knowing which anomaly was in play is an important detail
I donât understand how this can even happen.
The game client itself does not actually make any decisions about what happens during a battle, right? It doesnât decide the order in which minions attack, or choose targets for random effects, etc.
The game server decides those things, and the client just displays the outcomes.
So if you and your opponent see âunsynchronizedâ outcomes for the battle, those outcomes still came from the server. So the server somehow provided two different outcomes FOR THE SAME MATCH. I donât understand how that would even be possible.

Yet thatâs what happened on the private server ^^
And maybe what happened with LK when he was intoruced, to some extents. He was creating unsynchronized fights. But I think his hero power was still applied in both fights.

Just happened to me as well, the opponent had 15 health and i had a perfect battle which i dealt 32 dmg to them. but they lived and registered as we drawed. I got taken out by someone else and got fourth while they didnt die.
Pls fix.
