Battlegrounds Season Pass – Final Reward Still Locked 05/25

Hello,

I’ve fully completed all levels of the current Battlegrounds Season Pass, including the final level. However, the last reward still appears as locked, with a message saying it will be unlocked in February 2025. It is currently May 2025, so the date has clearly passed.

Here’s a summary of the issue:

  • Game Mode: Battlegrounds

  • Season Pass: All levels completed

  • Issue: Final reward cannot be claimed

  • Message shown: “Will be unlocked in February 2025”

  • B-net Tag: KOREANTIGER #2973

I contacted support, and they confirmed this is likely a bug and referred me here for proper reporting.

I’d appreciate it if the development team could take a look at this and clarify whether this is a known issue or if a fix is on the way.

This is part of the known issues.

I have the same issue. Just finished the pass and hit level 40, go to grab my reward and still shows as locked.

There is no point in posting your tags here.

This bug is part of the known issues so it will be patched in an future update.
