My battlegrounds rating were at 6k-6.2k since rating floors were launched but tonight, it feels below 6k to 5,962. I thought there were rating floors between 2k-6k. What happened?

I have just experienced the exact same thing. Fell from 6025 to 5985… the floor didn’t work 
They were temporarily disabled a couple of days ago while they work to eliminate a bug. No ETA on when they’re going to be back.
