I recently fell below 6000 rank points in battlegrounds.
I was under the impression that 6000 was a rank floor.
I was about to report the same issue. I was above 5000 and now I find myself at 4885. The blog post said that ranked floors exist up to 6500 but that has not been my experience. Also, my bonus points stopped way earlier than I expected.

Known issue:
This has been reported and answered multiple times. Help by searching first to reduce duplicate issue threads.
