Hey,
I have played thousands of battlegrounds games through the years, been playing BG since it launched. I have had all heroes first place achievements for years now but one: Teron Gorefiend. i never get this hero. I’ve been looking to play him specifically for 6 months now, 10 games a day, I never find him. Is it bugged? Or just insane odds?
Was wondering if anyone experienced something like this.

Did you check your achievements to be sure? Let me check mine, I had played it dec 2023 and no 4th achiv completed (maybe they banned it or lowered the chance) (go achivs->game modes->bgs).
Yeah it annoys me i only have 1 not completed first place achievement and its for him
You could try asking the blizzard marketing guy RidiculousHat on twitter if they lowered the chance, they often reply. I didn’t google in any patch notes anything relevant.
I just played that hero yesterday, I see it often enough so my guess it’s just a case of bad luck?
It’s just random bad luck. I go for stretches getting the same hero offered frequently and then i don’t see it for weeks.
We can’t be sure. The code is a black box. They often tweak chances in other cases.
