But if you let a 4.5k player use your account, what would happen then? Or a 5k player. Of course a 8k player would destroy any opposition at 4k, itâs like weight classes in combat sports, you still need skill despite you being a higher weight class than someone else.
The patch that also included Duos was for me a start of a negative way of the mode (still i play it its a nice mode after all ;)).
The games are rly fast and it feels like luck on pool or bad luck is just the game maker.
to me the most obvious thing is how often a person dies by exact damage. The odds of dying by exact damage is actually pretty low. Iâd guess around 5%. Yet, i notice either my opp or me die by exactly enough damage about 30%+ of the games. When you die by exact damage at 29 life its pretty unbelievable. I have over 4600 hours playing the format.
Thatâs a silly guess.
For 4 out of 7 losing players, dying with less than -14 Health is impossible due to the damage cap. So imagine 15 buckets. If every bucket had an equal chance, then 1/15 would already be almost 7%. But the buckets are not going to be equal. Dying at -13 is going to be less common than dying at -12, which is going to be less common than dying at -11, etc, with exact lethal being the most common bucket.
The real chance of exact lethal is at least 10%, and if it was around 20% that wouldnât surprise me.
Most people it seems are clueless about what the definition of âanalysisâ actually is. Furthermore, it is now the year of our (insert random euphemism for higher power) 2024 and we REALLY should demand, as a species, that conversational spaces employ STRICT limitations on necroposting.
I personally feel the limit should be 12 months, inclusive. But honestly I just want SOMETHING baseline established. Itâs gonna be 4055 and weâre STILL going to have people dredging TODAYâS topics up.
