I just finished my first game of Battlegrounds as Eudora. Every time I used her hero power “Dig for a golden minion”, nothing happened. I used it three or four times.
Hard to believe this hasn’t been reported, since it’s apparently a very powerful hero power.
You need to use the Hero Power 5 times in order to get a Golden Minion. You can see your progress on the Hero Power’s tooltip (X digs left) No bug here.
Eudora used to have a really overpowered Hero Power, dig 4 times, and you get to choose from 3 golden minions. The designers, IMO, went a little overboard with the balance by making it require 5 digs and giving a completely random golden minion (no choice).
Oh!! Thanks. That’s totally rubbish then - 5 coins over 5 rounds for one random golden minion. Got it. Thanks. But no thanks!
