Battlegrounds end pass reward bugged and cannot be received

I cannot claim my last reward on battleground pass i finished pass bought the pass yet its not unlocking i tried clicking at it nothing happen went to support told me to come to bug report to submit it here

They are working on a fix for this.

[Battlegrounds] We’re investigating reports of the Night Fae Forest strike (Legendary) not being granted to eligible players. The strike can be seen as a lvl 40 Battlegrounds Strike Reward.
