Dear Blizzard and everyone else who will read this post,
since Battlegrounds Duos launch I’ve been very excited to play the game with a friend, but unfortunately the game is literally unplayable due to some kind of bug that leads to my game crashing almost every match.
Everything else in Hearthstone works perfectly fine for me and him. Classic Hearthstone, Solo BGs and even Duo BGs when played with random players. But if I queue with my friend the game simply crashes.
The crash happens only for me (I am playing on Windows 10 and he is playing on a mobile device) and he is able to proceed to the game just fine. It happens during the queue, when the “cancel” button disappears, meaning the match was found, so we can’t even cancel when the game freezes for me.
It freezes, the game entirely crashes because it “has stopped working” and then either gets forcefully closed or I have to do it manually. Every. Single. Time we face this bug I try to reconnect to the match, re-opening the game. Guess what? Of course when I receive the screen “Reconnecting to your match” the game loads for a few seconds and then, when I hear a random sound of the game and it seems ‘about to reconnect’ it crashes again 
Two patches already got live since the launch and many bugs were fixed, but not the one that is affecting us. Yesterday we had a pretty good run, playing many games in a row without any crash, we thought it got fixed. We were wrong, because today it happened once again, two times in a row. And that’s why I had to come here and ask why is this not fixed?
As I said before, everything else in Hearthstone works perfectly fine. Even BG Duos itself with random players. But god forbid I try to queue with my Duo, because this bug will happen.
Since the launch I think we both already lost more than 1000 points due to this bug and I don’t plan to touch this game ever again if this is bug not corrected. BG Duos, the mode I was most excited about in this whole game, is literally unplayable.
Blizzard are you aware of this bug and planning to fix it anytime soon???
