When disconnecting to to game you get thrown out without a possibility to recconect, you just get automatic lost and lose points. Now i play on quite high ranks in battlegrounds duo and losing around 100 points is not fun at all. I think i has happend 7 times these 2 weeks. Lost around 700 points.
Please can you fix this issue Blizzard.
I couldn’t finish even 1 game today. I reinstalled the game, but it froze on the first play.
This is absolutely unplayable.
Anyone know how to reconnect?!
It just goes to menu instead of putting me back with my duo partner.
I’m having this issue in Battlegrounds, too. Except it’s happening in my solo games also. Never offers me a reconnect, no matter if I close immediately or let it hang for a bit. This is definitely a bug, because it’s happening ~1x/session for seemingly no reason.
So far, all I’ve seen is this is a ‘disconnect issue’ and they recommend closing and reconnecting (which isn’t available after doing so). Lol.
I had the issue three times already ; once the game crashed and I couldnt reconnect. Once I quit a solo game through a missclick in task manager. This time around I was playing apm elementals in duo while friend was playing self damage beasts against Deathrattle pirates, so I quit the game before the fight to save time and play my turn, because BG devs still havent implemented a skip animation to allow us to play the game as it’s meant to be played. And all three times I didnt get the option to reconnect.
This should be fast hotfixed coz it’s unplayable. Or at least adressed, since I saw multiple posts mentionning the SAME issues for close to a week already.
I’ve encountered this issue five or six times already, always in solo mode. It’s incredibly frustrating to lose points due to a bug that has been reported multiple times. What’s the point of being a loyal player and consistently purchasing the season pass when the company treats its players this way?
