Battlegrounds Duo bug with Sandy + San'layn Scribe

So I had a Sandy and my teammates highest minion was a San’layn Scribe with 94/91 and his second highest minion was an Automaton with 31/37. But during combat I’m getting the Automaton instead of the San’layn Scribe (which should be chosen because it has more health).

I just had a game where my teammate’s Sandy was bugged and seemed to only transform into my Scribe every other combat.

Also, at the very end, it turned into my regular Scribe instead of my Golden onr which had much more stats. It was insane.
