Battlegrounds - Disconnected at end of game with “Closed” me

Hello,

Since the last Hearthstone update, I’ve experienced repeated disconnections at the end of Battlegrounds matches on iOS. A message pops up saying “Closed”, and I get no rating points, even after performing well.

This already has happened three times today.

Please let me know if this is a known issue or if a fix is in progress.

same, I should be at 3000 points (in bg) 4 disconnections in 3 hours, no points recovered, 3 top 1 steals and I’m fed up

Since the last Hearthstone update,i cant play on asia server but i can play on america server,how can i fix it?

I’m having the same problem as well. And it’s always well into a match where I’m in first or second place. I immediately reconnect and it acts as though I never played that match. No reconnect back into the match, no credit or anything. SO frustrating and a huge waste of time.

Same here, disconnects and then nothing. Happened 4 times in a row while in first place. Talking about a waste of time…

I feel like something is going on here… I’ve crashed out twice now when down to the last two and in both cases I was in good position to win the game. It may be coincidence, but my opponent in this last one kept spamming a laughing emoji and then I crashed out.
